CDC 2021 Treatment Guidelines and STI Update

Currently only offered as a webinar, will be available in-person after COVID-19.

A course focusing on updates from the CDC 2021 STI Treatment Guidelines.

Course is a minimum of 1 hour or longer (2-3 hours) if combined with additional STI Update content and is didactic or interactive format as a webinar or in-person training (respectively).

CME offered at no cost.

Male and Female Genital Exam Skills

Will resume after COVID-19.

A skills-based, hands-on training focusing on the male and female genital exam.

Participants engage in experiential training with male and female teaching assistants.

Designed for clinicians who will be using these skills in their clinical practice.

Course fee is $75. Scholarships are available for clinicians who meet specific criteria.

PARTICIPATION IN GENITAL EXAM SKILLS IS LIMITED TO MDs, DOs, RNs, APNs, PAs AND HANDS-ON MEDICAL CLINICIANS. We are unable to offer CME for this course at this time.

Each enrollment application will be reviewed for appropriate qualifications for this training.

Applicants will be notified by a CA PTC staff person as to their eligibility status.

STI Update for Clinicians

Currently only offered as a webinar, will be available in person after COVID-19.

During this training, practicing clinicians learn epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment, and management of STIs. This course is scheduled regularly throughout the year and presented in a didactic or interactive format as a webinar or live training (respectively) and incorporates case discussions.
