CAPTC secures CDC grant to continue supporting the HIV prevention workforce

The California Prevention Training Center has secured funding to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s new program, Capacity Building Assistance (CBA) for High Impact HIV Prevention Program Integration. New tool for clinicians unveiled to ensure appropriate treatment of congenital syphilis

The California Prevention Training Center has collaborated in creating a tool that illustrates the complex evaluation and treatment of infants born to mothers with syphilis during pregnancy. This “algorithm”, a graphic flow chart, is a short-hand reference for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s CS treatment guidelines. Access the tool and learn how it supports clinicians.
