This session will focus on the Trauma-Informed Care approach with those seeking and providing PrEP as a biomedical intervention for HIV.
Attendees will explore the impact of trauma on HIV risk and gain an understanding of the Trauma-Informed Care approach. Attendees will also have an opportunity to participate in discussion in which they will determine how they would apply the approach with clients seeking PrEP who have a history of trauma.
