Syringe Services Programs (SSP) Community of Practice

Syringe Services Programs (SSP) reduce HIV and HCV infections and are an effective component of comprehensive community-based prevention and intervention programs.

To build upon the capacity of the West geographic region (WGR) jurisdictions, the CAPTC is hosting a syringe services programs (SSP) community of practice (CoP) virtual series consisting of three sessions. Informed by the syringe services technical assistance needs identified in the WGR jurisdictional plans, the purpose of the SSP CoP virtual series is to provide TA support to WGR partners to strengthen their SSP delivery activities.

We invite health department staff and those of their community partners involved in SSP activities to attend and share in the conversation.
