Recruitment and Retention
Some of the greatest challenges in the provision of HIV services, as reflected by the continuum of care, are the successful recruitment and retention of clients into services.
This training enhances the quality and effectiveness of recruiting populations at highest risk for contracting or transmitting HIV into prevention and treatment programs. Information to be presented includes basic recruitment methods, evidence-based decision making, developing an effective recruitment strategy, tailoring retention strategies to fit the type of Intervention, and setting objectives for acceptable retention rates.
